Acceptable Use Policy | The Blueprint

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using The Blueprint. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP.

1. Prohibited activities

You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:

use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly publish our playbooks, templates, or other content as a standalone product or service;
scrape, harvest, crawl, or use automated means to extract content or data from the Service without our written permission;
copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source or structure of the Service;
share account credentials, or allow access by users not permitted under your plan;
upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures, except under a permission we have granted in writing;
interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of The Blueprint or any third party;
submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or that you do not have the right to submit;
use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

2. Fair use of content

Content is licensed for your own internal business use as described in the Terms of Service. Adapting a template for use inside your organisation is permitted; packaging it for sale or distribution to others is not.

3. Security & reporting

Help us keep the Service safe. If you discover a security vulnerability or become aware of any misuse, please report it responsibly to blueprint-team@theaitech.ae rather than exploiting or publicising it.

4. Consequences of violation

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action — including removing content, and suspending or terminating accounts — without notice where necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties, and to comply with law. Where permitted, no refund is due on termination for breach.
